Cancellation Policy

If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or nonpayment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows: 

• 10 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done once booking made.
• 30 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 30 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 40 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 20 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 50 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 10 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 75 % of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 07 days prior to departure of the tour.
• 100% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done Same Day.

Prepone and Postpone:- 

• If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail. 
• We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied. 
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey) 
• We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
• Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment. 
• Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel's  cancellation policy.

Note: All the confirmation depends upon Airfare and Hotel confirmation availability at the time of Booking and airfare are flexible. During X mas & New Year, long weekend all the hotels charge high season supplement basically from 15th Dec – 15th Jan. 
(incase if cost of fuel increased in higher amount then the cost of cab will increased as per union decide)
